📋 Description

• Support in the project management of complex construction projects • Work in building construction, civil engineering, transport facilities, or energy infrastructure • Participate in managing our projects throughout the entire process according to AHO, across all project phases and areas of activity • Prepare and track project schedules • Cost control • Support for construction logistics services (planning services according to AHO) • Assist in communication, information sharing and coordination with project stakeholders • Contribute to quality assurance of deliverables from project participants • Support quality assurance during execution through regular site inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or an equivalent qualification • Initial professional experience in project management or construction logistics, preferably gained through internships, working-student roles or early-career positions • Knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB is a plus • Quick to grasp new concepts, analytical and systems-oriented thinking, and a team player • Confident, reliable and professional demeanor • Strong communication skills and good German language proficiency • Structured working approach • High willingness for professional and personal development
