📋 Description

• Planning construction logistics for major projects in building construction, transport, and energy • Monitoring construction logistics during the execution phase • Integrating sustainability considerations into construction processes • Continuous coordination with project teams, clients/owners, architects, specialist planners, contractors, and construction logistics service providers • Facilitating planning and construction meetings • Independently structuring and managing our projects • Contributing to the achievement of technical and commercial objectives • Leading project teams and ensuring the quality of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, vocational training as a construction technician, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in construction logistics, work planning, site management, or generally in construction operations • Understanding of construction project processes • Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and a structured working approach • CAD skills are an advantage • Strong communication skills and good German language proficiency • Interest in demanding challenges in construction logistics • High willingness for professional and personal development
