📋 Description

• Provide top-tier customer service for a major game studio • Assist players with technical issues, account questions, and gameplay concerns • Stay current with game updates, launches, and brand info • Be part of a collaborative support team, guided by experienced leaders and supported with ongoing training to boost your skills and career growth

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both Italian and English • You are based in Albania, Kosovo, Romania, Greece, or Serbia • A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of the industry • You own a modern gaming setup (PS4, PS5, Xbox One/Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a gaming PC/laptop) • You're a quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills • A dedicated, quiet workspace at home • Bonus: Previous experience in customer support is a plus • A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps up/down, latency under 200ms) • 8GB RAM minimum • Windows 10 (64-bit) or macOS 10.11 or newer • Intel Core i5-8260U (or similar), and AMD HD 7870 graphics (or better) • A smartphone (Android 8.0+ or iOS 15.0+) for 2FA
