📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve client support issues • Analyse and troubleshoot data using SQL • Work with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and XLSX • Support reporting production cycles and operational processes • Implement configuration updates and solution enhancements • Collaborate with technical and client-facing teams across regions • Build a deep understanding of Kurtosys products and client environments

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in a technical support, technical BA, or client-facing technical role • Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data • Exposure to APIs, JSON/XML, or structured data environments • Strong communication and problem-solving ability • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn • Someone who is curious, collaborative, humble, and takes ownership • JavaScript debugging or scripting exposure (Nice to have) • SaaS or platform support experience (Nice to have) • Exposure to financial services or asset management (Nice to have) • Experience with Jira and Confluence (Nice to have)
