• Design and develop Kwest’s complete visual universe (logos, badges, typography, patterns, motion identity, etc.) • Collaborate with SwiftUI developers to create smooth, immersive interfaces • Adapt the art direction across our assets (website, app, social media, visual communications, onboarding) • Create a coherent identity system that aligns product visuals with our brand image • Contribute to strategic art direction discussions (ideation, moodboards, art direction, trends) • Experiment, test, surprise — Kwest values bold creativity as much as graphic rigor.
• Strong command of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects or Blender is a plus). • Solid understanding of Gen Z culture and current visual trends. • Ability to create a distinctive graphic universe that is both minimalist and vibrant. • Team player who enjoys working closely with developers and the creative director. • Genuine artistic sensibility: you know how to give your visuals soul. • Curiosity, ambition, and a real desire to join a high-potential project from its early stages. • (No prior salaried experience required — what matters here is your vision and creativity.)
• Join the creative core of a startup in active development (roles are likely to evolve after fundraising). • Real artistic freedom: you’ll contribute to art direction, not just execution. • Direct visibility: your work will be integrated into the app, website, and official communications. • Remote collaboration within a young, ambitious, and close-knit team. • Opportunity to grow into a Lead Designer / Art Director role in the medium term. • Priority access to internal updates, funding rounds, and partnerships. • (This collaboration is pre-funding and does not include initial compensation. A permanent employment contract (CDI) is planned upon fundraising.)
