📋 Description

• Lead a fully remote team of architects and specialists • Mentor Generation Z professionals to help them grow technically and become recognized experts • Establish processes and drive automation through AI • Connect the company’s strategy to the team’s day-to-day work • Ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with clients • Develop people, provide structured feedback, and foster an environment of trust

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical teams, with a focus on career development, structured feedback, and fostering an environment of trust • Fluent English, essential for communication with AWS, reviewing technical materials, and participating in global forums • Hands-on experience with architecture, governance, and operations in AWS Cloud environments • Ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions to increase team efficiency • AWS certifications are a plus but not required • Experience working at consulting firms or Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a plus but not required • Knowledge of FinOps or AI applied to business is a plus but not required
