📋 Description

• Activities will be carried out at KYB distributors, brand applicator customers, auto centers and resellers. • The professional will be responsible for visiting Tomodachi customers, as well as inspecting/assessing parts at distributors. • Check and monitor product return or warranty rates when requested. • Support planning using a CRM tool. • Record all technical visits performed and complete visit forms. • Develop and maintain close relationships with customers. • Monitor campaigns launched at distributors and automotive centers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer negotiations, field sales or working with automotive dealerships/auto centers. • Basic knowledge of automotive parts/suspension systems. • Proficiency in Excel and analytical ability to interpret market information and customer data. • High school diploma. • Preferably technical courses/technologist programs or degrees in commercial or technical areas related to mechanics. • Basic English. • Residence in the Northern Region (Rondônia) or nearby. • Availability to travel.
