• Constantly explore and identify new market niches, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion • Conduct commercial and unit economics analysis for new products and services to ensure sustainable profitability • Perform deep market research, including demand forecasting, competitor analysis, and regulatory landscape assessment • Develop and validate business cases for entering new markets or launching new product verticals • Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring effective product launches and measurable business outcomes • Build strong partnerships with local system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners; manage operational and alliance strategies to strengthen business presence • Oversee the creation of the company’s vision and contribute to defining strategic priorities across business units • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and validation to development, launch, growth, and optimization • Manage marketing and sales initiatives (retention and acquisition): strategic planning, tool selection, implementation, and performance analytics • Establish productive collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT, integrating valuable insights into the company’s strategic direction • Build a strong sales function — from team hiring and process setup to KPI design, motivation, and performance management • Develop a partnership ecosystem that accelerates B2B sales and supports regional scalability
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role within a product-based IT company, with a strong background in digital technologies and product management • Proven experience in launching and scaling at least two IT products, successfully guiding them through the full lifecycle — from ideation and development to release, growth, and deprecation • At least two successful market entry cases, including expansion into new regions or market niches • 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and unit economics analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement product and go-to-market strategies, build business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience in building partnerships with integrators, resellers, and strategic allies, and managing partner programs and operational frameworks • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and the ability to identify new opportunities, technologies, and industry trends • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences both online and offline • English – upper-intermediate to advanced (C1 or higher).
