📋 Description

• Conduct assessments of clients' current Salesforce solution and identify areas for improvement • Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions that align with clients' business goals • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients • Work closely with internal teams to integrate Salesforce solutions into overall business strategy • Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, including training and troubleshooting • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies and make recommendations on how they can be applied to our clients' solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions • Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and/or Salesforce Consultant • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
