📋 Description

• Leverage your expertise and capabilities as a Consult Partner in Kyndryl Consult team • Craft innovative solutions for Kyndryl’s largest accounts • Guide teams through complex consulting engagements • Foster talent development and innovation within the organization • Create strategic change agendas across C-suite customers • Build and maintain relationships with customer CXOs • Enhance customer satisfaction and secure references • Achieve individual and team utilization targets. • Lead design and delivery of complex engagements. • Shape and contribute to Kyndryl's strategic initiatives. • Drive external eminence and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives • Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment • Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins • Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
