• Build senior business and technology relationships with energy clients and Kyndryl account teams • Lead consultative sales pursuits and shape client strategies • Leverage established relationships to open doors and build pipeline • Originate, develop, and close new business aligned to C-suite priorities • Partner with account leadership on account planning • Provide industry and technical thought leadership • Mobilize and mentor pursuit and delivery teams
• Proven track record in IT consulting (preferably with a top-tier global firm) • 10+ years of experience in oil & gas consulting and technology services sales • Learning agility and industry curiosity • Experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans • Executive presence and strong communication • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, economics, engineering, computer science) • Master’s degree in a similar field or MBA preferred
