📋 Description
• Play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams • Guide teams through complex consulting engagements • Create and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts • Drive profitable growth and build strong client relationships • Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector decision-makers • Lead the design of complex engagements ensuring high performance
🎯 Requirements
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective SLED accounts • Strong understanding of California government budget cycles and fiscal year planning • Navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and sole-source justifications • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments • Proven track record of leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams • Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology • Strong written communication skills
