📋 Description

• Join Kyndryl as a Deal Maker/Engagement Partner leading deals from qualification to closure. • Shape opportunities for groundbreaking negotiations with top-level executives, including CxOs. • Determine pricing and commercial strategies leveraging insights from pricing experts. • Drive success in Core and Strategic accounts with compelling propositions to meet market demands. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documents and technical solutions. • Define winning propositions and lead end-to-end responses for complex deals. • Lead contract negotiations for optimal outcomes for the organization and clients. • Compile, refine, and own final proposal documents showcasing technical content and designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Possesses high level of industry-specific solution expertise and demonstrates expertise in sales techniques. • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals. • 7+ years of experience in leading customer negotiations. • 5+ years' experience working with Federal sector. • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree. • Sales experience in technical solutions.
