📋 Description
• Support monthly forecast and annual budget planning processes • Assist with headcount reconciliation and workforce reporting activities • Monitor labor and non-labor spend against financial plans • Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and presentations • Support cost accounting activities, including journal entry preparation and validation • Assist with financial modeling and business case development • Analyze organizational spending trends and provide recommendations • Support process improvement and automation initiatives • Maintain data integrity across finance systems, reports, and planning tools • Collaborate with finance professionals and business stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Finance concentration) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
