📋 Description

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning) • Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes • Gather and analyse business requirements from HR stakeholders • Design and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher • Prepare and manage data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) • Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external/internal systems • Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and validation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning) • Strong understanding of HR processes: Employee lifecycle, Onboarding / offboarding, Learning management • Hands-on experience with System configuration within Oracle HCM, OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting, Data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL), Testing and UAT support • Ability to Analyse business requirements and translate into system solutions • Work with both business and technical stakeholders • Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON/XML)
