📋 Description

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR and/or Learning • Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes • Configure learning catalogues, offerings, enrolment rules, workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles • Gather and analyse business requirements from HR stakeholders • Translate business needs into system configuration and solution design • Bridge business users and technical teams • Design and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher • Maintain reporting, process, and data governance documentation • Prepare and manage data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) • Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with standards • Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external/internal systems • Define data flows, mappings, and interface requirements with integration teams • Provide functional input for integrations such as onboarding and employee data updates • Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and validation activities • Assist with cutover and go-live preparation • Ensure system behaviour aligns with business expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning) • Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and learning management • Hands-on experience with system configuration within Oracle HCM • Hands-on experience with OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting • Hands-on experience with data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL) • Hands-on experience with testing and UAT support • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders • Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data formats • Familiarity with integration concepts and data flows • Experience with Oracle Learning module preferred • Knowledge of Fast Formula and HCM Extract preferred • Experience in global or multi-country HCM environments • Strong communication skills in English • Analytical and problem-solving mindset • Attention to detail, especially in data and reporting • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Must be physically located and legally authorized to work in Poland
