📋 Description

• Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time • Manage end-to-end payroll processing • Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors and integrate pay policies into payroll systems • Coordinate third-party payroll system implementations and upgrades • Interpret and apply policies for vacation, leaves of absence, disability, workers’ compensation, and union contracts • Apply government regulations and withholding exemptions • Monitor federal and state payroll requirements and ensure legal compliance • Support employee offboarding and coordinate with former employees, labor unions, and internal teams • Collaborate with global colleagues and work on Kyndryl projects

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge about payroll and accounting processes • Experience with payroll programs and MS Office Suite • High degree of professionalism • Ability to communicate with various levels of management • Good understanding of employment law and regulatory and legal compliance for country-specific requirements • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Sensitivity to data and detail orientation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams • Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2–3 years • Basic knowledge of other HR processes such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition
