📋 Description

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks • Identify and resolve network issues • Make configuration changes and implement security policies • Plan and execute routine network changes • Troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages • Maintain excellent communication with end customers, project managers, and service engineers • Monitor network performance and maintain network security • Provide user support for network-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years firewall or network security operations experience • Cisco Firewall Support Engineer provides advanced operational support and configuration management for enterprise Cisco firewall environments. • Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching) • Strong firewall policy and NAT knowledge • Hands-on IPsec and remote access VPN experience • Packet analysis skills • Centralized firewall management experience • CCNP Security/Enterprise preferred • Ansible Automation exposure preferred • Change management experience preferred
