📋 Description
• Manage and administer database management systems • Configure, install, and maintain database systems for peak performance • Manage user access and implement security standards • Develop backup and recovery plans • Support end users and application developers in solving complex problems • Implement policies to safeguard data from external threats • Conduct capacity planning and growth projections • Coordinate systematic database project plans aligning with organizational goals • Propose and implement enhancements for system performance and reliability
🎯 Requirements
• Oracle Database support experience • Minimum 7 years in Oracle DBA • Hands on experience on Oracle RAC/ASM/Data Guard • Oracle Enterprise Linux, ZFS, Oracle database, Exadata and Super Cluster • Advanced knowledge of relational databases: Oracle, SQL server and data modelling • Installation and configuration • Patch and update installation • Oracle product clustering and Real Application Clusters (“RAC”) advice and guidance • Database and system partitioning • Certification (OCP 19c) • Database and storage performance optimization • Change management and patching processes • Good experience in Oracle OEM tools • Planning & executing database housekeeping & Adhoc activities • Graduate in IT background with minimum of 7+ years relevant experience working in a 24/7 environment
