📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and support integrations across Kyndryl’s enterprise HR ecosystem • Develop and support integration solutions within Workday HCM, payroll, benefits, etc. • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and external vendors for secure integration solutions • Drive the design, development, testing, and operational support of Workday integrations • Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of Workday integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations, preferably with Workday • Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs) • Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes • Experience integrating SaaS HR platforms with downstream systems • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
