📋 Description

• Configure, manage, and optimize the Workday Projects Module • Use worker profile data and skills profiles from Workday HCM • Use dynamic resource pools and faceted search to automate resource assignment and improve utilization • Plan and track projects and tasks using resource pools, work plans, and project hierarchies • Integrate with external project systems such as Microsoft Project • Configure company and work-specific business process workflows • Align workforce and resources to strategic goals • Gather requirements from Business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders • Serve as a Workday expert across relevant functional areas • Maintain knowledge of Workday Reports, Time Tracking Integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, and Workday Security • Evaluate and implement new Workday functionality after releases • Provide leadership and guidance to the team • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on security policies, user access, and compliance • Document and communicate security configurations, changes, and improvements • Manage and track security-related tickets in ServiceNow • Resolve tickets promptly while maintaining user satisfaction • Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and evolve highly scalable distributed software • Groom features and user stories, estimate work, identify technical risks and dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders • Drive resolution of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and third-party component currency • Coach and mentor engineers developing highly available, secure, distributed software

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of technical and professional experience • Skilled in one or more of Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting, and Workday HCM • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field • Master Certified Technical Specialist qualification, as an alternative to the degree • Workday Pro Certification in Prism Analytics, Reports Developer, and other HCM modules preferred • Knowledge of Workday Reports, Time Tracking Integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, and Workday Security • Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams • Customer-focused approach • Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development
