• Serve as the face of Kyowa Kirin and the single point of contact for HCPs and associated stakeholders within the assigned geography • Implement Cluster and International Strategy and the Patient and Customer Plan locally • Build business account strategies and develop territory business plans • Align projects and plans with the overall brand plan through cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Payer Value & Patient Access • Apply knowledge of the entire patient journey to innovate and partner on interventions that shorten time to diagnosis • Conduct confident scientific and clinical discussions in Nephrology and/or Haematology Oncology and KKI products • Orchestrate and implement omnichannel engagement using KKI assets and content according to HCP preferences • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through local account plans and execution of core strategy • Project manage agreed plans and initiatives within budgetary requirements to deliver patient-focused outcomes • Identify, develop, engage, and maintain relationships with treatment centers, clinicians, centers of expertise, and medical experts • Build networks across the patient journey and partner with HCPs to provide solutions benefiting customers, patients, and KKI • Present clinical data and economic-value evidence to local payers and stakeholders, working cross-functionally to support access to KKI products • Demonstrate understanding of health policy, rare disease, the pharmaceutical industry, and policy-change levers • Communicate insights from KEEs and other stakeholders to shape strategy and support local and national solutions • Attend selected scientific meetings, take an active role in symposiums, and brief scientific-event speakers • Organize and speak at hospital clinical sessions on relevant scientific updates • Plan and deliver medical education programs using approved resources and tools • Use the CRM system accurately and submit managerial reports on time • Ensure activities and projects comply with applicable laws, codes, guidelines, pharmaceutical regulations, strategy, quality policy, and company policies
• Experience in field Medical or Commercial roles within Rare Disease • Stakeholder and KEE/TAE management experience • Digital experience/expertise, including multichannel management and virtual engagement • Experience with email, webinars, Zoom, and/or Teams • Excellent Arabic and English language skills required • Knowledge of local, regional, and national health systems and care delivery processes • Willingness and ability to travel in territory on a weekly basis • At-home and office-based computer use, including email and virtual meetings • Ability to perform limited lifting, such as marketing materials • Must hold a valid driving license • CX/PX strategy, management, and coordination capabilities • Engagement/omnichannel orchestration capabilities • Scientific knowledge • Growth mindset • Collaboration/teamwork • Leadership and integrity
