📋 Description

• Build and maintain brief shells on the Kyra platform with a high level of data accuracy, ensuring every campaign is set up correctly from the start. • Keep campaign data clean, consistent, and up to date across our systems, catching and correcting discrepancies before they become problems. • Work closely with the tech team, providing insights on workflow and UI/UX optimization to help improve the tools we use every day. • Track campaign timelines and flag risks or slippage, supporting the wider PM team as deadlines shift. • Handle general project admin and maintenance tasks that keep campaigns moving.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or admin-focused role (agency or marketing experience a plus, but not required). • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy — you notice when something's off. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently and reliably. • Comfortable working in web-based platforms and tools; quick to learn new systems. • A clear communicator who can share observations and suggestions with technical and non-technical teammates alike. • Proactive, dependable, and eager to grow within a PM function.
