📋 Description

• Design and evolve high-volume conversational agents in production, with WhatsApp as the primary channel. • Orchestrate multi-agent systems, including intent routing, handoffs, sessions, memory, and failure recovery. • Develop tools and MCP servers that connect agents to the business domain. • Instrument LLM observability, including cost, latency, tool-call rate, and production quality. • Build and maintain automated evals, ensuring measurement is in place before prompt or model changes reach production. • Integrate multiple LLM providers with fallback mechanisms and cost controls. • Implement RAG pipelines. • Create and maintain Claude Code skills, subagents, and workflows that automate the delivery lifecycle. • Ensure reliability through rate limiting, durable queues, anti-bot guardrails, and error tracking. • Operate agents on Kubernetes, including GitOps deployments, resource management, metrics, and manifests. • Technically lead Kyte’s AI evolution by making high-impact architectural decisions, reducing complexity, anticipating risks, and ensuring sustainable, scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience serving as a technical authority (Staff, Principal, Tech Lead, or equivalent), leading architectural decisions and influencing engineering teams through technical expertise. • Fluency with Claude Code (or an equivalent agentic tool, with willingness to migrate): daily orchestration of agents/subagents, skills, and MCP. • Multi-agent architectures, cross-turn state management, and reliable tool calling. • Strong production experience with Python and FastAPI. • Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including agents, function calling, prompt engineering, and context management. • Agno, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies. • LLM observability and an eval-driven culture. • PostgreSQL/Supabase with SQLAlchemy/Alembic; familiarity with pgvector. • Kubernetes in production. • Automated testing and strong Git proficiency, including PRs and CI/CD. • English proficiency (Level 4).
