📋 Description

• Manage a dedicated panel of clients aiming to prevent, manage, or reverse chronic metabolic conditions. • Deliver virtual counseling through video, phone, and secure messaging on a HIPAA-compliant platform. • Apply motivational interviewing to spark behavior change, increase engagement, and improve outcomes. • Collaborate with L-Nutra’s Chief Medical Officer during weekly clinical reviews. • Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather labs, glucose monitoring data, and medication adjustments. • Create educational materials, evidence-based handouts, and creative content for members. • Develop monthly blog posts and multimedia resources tied to our proprietary technology and diabetes program. • Contribute to social media communities and member engagement initiatives. • Identify opportunities to enhance the member journey and recommend improvements. • Lead group coaching. • Develop and present webinars with possible in person presentations. • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all counseling sessions (completed, cancelled, rescheduled, etc.). • Support coaching initiatives and compliance expectations on a weekly basis. • Provide feedback to improve the integration of coaching services within the software platform. • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen program execution as we scale. • Represent L-Nutra’s values, mission, and clinical excellence in every interaction. • Act as a trusted voice for prospective members and healthcare providers learning about the program. • Work hours may occasionally include pre-scheduled times outside of standard business hours to support member needs.

🎯 Requirements

• **What You Bring ** • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 3+ years as a Registered Dietitian • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (in English and Spanish) • High proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization • **Preferred** • RD Licensure in Florida • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer health products • Familiarity with patient-centric digital healthcare models
