📋 Description

• Design and continuously improve L1VE’s website from first visit through ticket purchase • Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in Figma • Optimize conversion by identifying drop-offs, developing hypotheses, and testing page and flow variants using analytics data • Deliver responsive, developer-ready designs • Build a clear design system with reusable components • Create landing pages, key visuals, and asset packages for live events and email campaigns • Create paid social and display ads, including static and simple motion formats and A/B testing variations • Apply license-partner design guidelines and maintain brand consistency • Brief external freelancers or agencies when additional capacity is needed • Use AI tools for ideation, image creation, variations, and resizing • Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Content & Experience team, and Product & Tech • Report to the Head of Marketing & Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a designer focused on web/UX and marketing design • Portfolio with website and UX work demonstrating measurable conversion results, plus campaign and ad design • Proven experience working precisely within strict brand and partner guidelines • Strong UX and conversion experience, including user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, landing pages, checkout or sign-up flows, A/B tests, and analytics data • Excellent command of Figma, including components, design systems, and developer handoff • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills • Bold, creative visual eye • Fluent written and spoken English at C1 or higher • German is a plus • Motion skills using After Effects or similar are a plus • Experience designing paid social assets for Meta and TikTok is a plus • Experience preparing print production files is a plus • Practical experience with AI design and image tools is a plus • Interest in sports, entertainment, and immersive technology
