📋 Description

• Support L3Harris FTI Order Management team • Work with telecommunications industry vendors/partners to provide products or services • Utilize knowledge of Telecom industry ordering practices for new installations, changes, and disconnections • Examine and process orders, track deliveries, and perform data organization and entry tasks • Collaborate with technical teams to solve problems quickly • Liaise to telecommunication vendor provisioning teams • Write, submit, process and coordinate all provisioning related documents • Provide support during acceptance testing and turn-up of FTI program services • Contribute to the development of new and existing procedures for telecommunications products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience • Knowledge and understanding of LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure • Knowledge of telecommunications carrier ordering systems and processes • Data analytical background, identifying patterns, determining root causes.
