📋 Description

• Act as company’s field representative at critical and sensitive base locations. • Support hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure performance. • Deliver training to end-users on cUAS equipment. • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and improve systems. • Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. • Secret Clearance required • 3+ years of experience with: cUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems • Diagnostic tools and test equipment • Military standards and technical documentation • Assisting in the development of test cases to properly validate software features • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years prior related experience or 2-year post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 6 years of prior related experience. • Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) required. • Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems. • Appropriate technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. strongly preferred
