📋 Description
• Serves as Integrated Assessment Clinical Screener • Utilizes assessment instruments to determine types of community and social supports required • Administers clinical interviews for the IA program • Creates IA template reports and assesses the child and implements a care plan
🎯 Requirements
• LCPC, LCSW or Ph.D./Psy.D. Psychologists, counselors, and social workers must be licensed in Illinois required • 3 years of post-graduate experience • Excellent verbal and written abilities • High level of computer skills • Must maintain automobile insurance with recommended liability limits
