• Laba Group is one of the largest international EdTech companies in Eastern Europe. • We launch courses that transform careers, businesses, and lives. • Our mission is to provide relevant and systematic knowledge that empowers individuals to excel in their professional journeys. • Our diverse portfolio includes: • Laba: An online business school offering courses in management, marketing, finance, and more. • Skvot: A school of popular culture where creativity meets industry expertise. • Laba Tools: project, that provides practical knowledge about the newest business tools on market. • We are seeking a talented Market Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. • Conduct structured, data-driven research to identify market opportunities and find new product concepts. • You'll be the key driver in presenting insights persuasively to stakeholders, helping us make strategic decisions and shape our product development roadmap. • Identify and validate new topics for digital educational products. • Conduct research to spot emerging trends, topics, and niches through labor market reports, industry trends, and competitor analysis. • Analyze user behavior on company platforms using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Power BI. • Work with internal data sources to review course portfolios, identify niche topics, and detect strategic gaps. • Develop hypotheses for new course ideas or expansions, considering target audiences, industries, and levels of professional seniority. • Document research outcomes and maintain organized records for future reference. • Present research findings in compelling narratives to drive alignment with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. • Experience designing surveys, conducting interviews, and desk research. • Ability to formulate hypotheses and structure research to validate or disprove them. • Proven ability to move from raw data to clear, actionable insights. • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, and data analysis tools such as SPSS, Power BI, or Tableau. • General experience with social listening tools. • Direct experience contributing to new product ideation or evaluation. • Familiarity with early-stage product validation processes. • Understanding of online course markets, audience behavior, or B2C digital products.
