📋 Description

• Respond to patient and provider inquiries regarding financial assistance programs. • Assist patients with financial assistance applications and required documentation. • Explain program eligibility, insurance coverage, and payment options. • Review patient information and supporting documents to determine eligibility. • Maintain performance goals. • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 5 years or more healthcare customer service experience • Associates degree (preferred) • 5 years or more healthcare customer service, patient financial services, financial counseling, or medical billing (preferred) • 5 years or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits (EOB) (preferred) • 5 years or more experience assisting patients with financial assistance, charity care, Medicaid, or other healthcare assistance programs (preferred) • 3 months or more with Xifin billing systems (preferred) • 3 months or more with Salesforce CRM (preferred) • Bilingual English/Spanish capability (preferred)
