📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of payer web applications using Angular or other modern frameworks • Participate in the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2) • Assist in building features that enable insurance companies to access Labcorp data, analytics, and services • Explore opportunities to apply Gen AI and AI/ML technologies to improve payer experience and operational efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers through the full software development lifecycle • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives • Engage in code reviews and learn industry best practices for secure healthcare application development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree candidate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline • Solid foundation in at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or equivalent • Strong understanding of data structures (arrays, lists, maps, trees, graphs), algorithms, and object-oriented design • Proactive learner • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Working knowledge of machine learning fundamentals using Python frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and interest in exploring advanced AI techniques including agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning
