📋 Description
• Notifying investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results • Monitoring, tracking, and resolving accession holds • Supporting sites and sponsor with project related questions via phone and email • Effective and timely adherence to management communications • Tracking and reporting metrics as determined by management • Documenting all service failures and escalating when necessary • Acting as a liaison for both internal and external clients • Promptly addressing patient safety issues
🎯 Requirements
• High school degree • 6 months or more of experience in customer service • Fluency in English and Italian
