📋 Description

• Build and deliver the team's vision and roadmap by combining deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership • Communicate and promote the value of the platform to engineering teams and business stakeholders • Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into outstanding developer experiences • Work across all subject areas with partners to move software initiatives forward • Build a team environment where engineers are empowered to grow in their skills and responsibilities • Lead the team from ambiguity to clarity by maintaining stability, transparency, and alignment with business objectives • Analyze data from multiple sources to help the team make the right trade-offs • Define, track, and report on key metrics related to your team's software systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7 or more years of software development and management experience • 2 or more years of experience managing a team of software engineers • Proficiency in one or more technical stacks: AWS, Python, Django, Kotlin, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Kafka, RabbitMQ, React • Strong full-stack application development experience • Deep technical knowledge of web application architectures, APIs, and developer tools • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
