📋 Description

• Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks tailored to HR use cases • Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow • Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across HR technologies • Monitor AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias • Collaborate with engineering teams, HR process owners, and enterprise IT partners to operationalize solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems • Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React) • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) • Familiarity with RPA, workflow automation, orchestration tools • Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and data engineering • HR domain knowledge and experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
