📋 Description

• Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks tailored to HR use cases • Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms • Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations • Develop RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows, including observability and debugging tools • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine functional and technical requirements into working solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, preferably in HR or related domains • Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems such as HRIS, CRM, ERP, case management • Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI) • Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and MCP (model context protocol) • Familiarity with RPA, workflow automation, and orchestration tools • Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and data engineering
