📋 Description

• Interpret and translate sponsor protocol requirements into protocol-specific databases to generate Statements of Work for Central Lab Services projects • Provide comprehensive database designs using technical, therapeutic-area, client, and company process knowledge • Interact regularly with external clients • Liaise with internal departments to assess feasibility and meet client needs related to study design • Advise on study design choices and work with the Global Study Manager to identify risks and budget impacts • Coordinate internal study-design processes and communications, including feasibility requests, material transfer agreements, and supply forecasting • Integrate follow-up activities into databases and global monitoring plans • Document and act on customer study-design requirements • Perform quality self-reviews • Participate in functional meetings and keep processes up to date • Comply with the Central Lab Global Project Management strategy • Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities • Support continuous improvement, quality, and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science • 6 or more years of experience working in the clinical research industry or within a lab environment • Master degree in a life science preferred • 6 or more years experience in Central Lab Project management preferred • Experience working directly with internal or external customers • Strong relationship building and management skills • Familiarity with clinical or preclinical research protocols • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent skills using computer applications, including Windows, Excel, and Word • Knowledge and experience in study design techniques related to creation and maintenance of protocol-specific databases and Statements of Work • Ability to manage dynamic timelines, conflicting priorities, and varying study complexities
