📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day activities for assigned customer or functional team members. • Allocate resources effectively to meet project plans and service level commitments. • Balance workload within the team and support global resource planning. • Ensure seamless integration of team services and consistent use of SOPs. • Track progress against goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when needed. • Maintain timely communication, adherence to procedures, and alignment with departmental strategy. • Build and develop a skilled workforce aligned with growth plans and budget. • Set clear performance objectives, provide coaching, and address performance gaps. • Deliver thorough, timely performance evaluations and interim reviews. • Oversee resolution of customer complaints, issues, and concerns in partnership with Project Management leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 5 or more years of professional experience in a scientific or laboratory environment • 1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • 3 or more years of experience working with and optimizing databases (preferred) • 1 or more years of experience working in clinical research or drug development (preferred)
