📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate business contracts of various types, including service agreements, supply agreements, purchase and sale agreements, confidentiality agreements (NDA), partnership agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, technology agreements, and others • Analyze legal risks, identify key issues and propose contractual solutions aligned with clients’ needs and market best practices • Provide legal advisory on matters related to Contract Law, offering consultative support to internal and external clients • Participate in negotiation meetings with clients and counterparties • Draft legal opinions, memoranda and other legal documents • Support the standardization and updating of contract templates, contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes • Work collaboratively with other firm practice areas on multidisciplinary projects and transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience in Corporate Contract Law, preferably at law firms or in in-house legal departments • Knowledge of Civil Law, Corporate Law and contract interpretation • Excellent legal drafting skills and strong verbal and written communication • Analytical, organized, proactive and solution-oriented profile • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Experience with technology contracts, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and the agribusiness sector is a plus • Intermediate or advanced English is a plus • Familiarity with contract management tools and AI solutions applied to legal practice is a plus
