📋 Description

• Strategic advisory work in labor and employment law • Drafting legal opinions, technical notes, and legal analyses • Reviewing and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, regulations, and collective bargaining instruments • Preventive advisory on labor and union law matters • Legal support for collective bargaining negotiations • Advising clients on labor risk mitigation and compliance • Conducting labor audits and due diligence • Direct client interface and participation in strategic meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) • Active bar registration (OAB) • Strong organizational skills and deadline management • Business-oriented mindset • Ability to work effectively in a team • Consultative approach with a solution-oriented focus • Preferable: experience in labor/employment advisory practice • Knowledge of the ADVWIN+ system is a plus • Must reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
