📋 Description

• Strategic role in labor advisory practice • Preparation of legal opinions, technical notes, and legal assessments • Review and analysis of employment contracts, internal policies, regulations, and collective bargaining instruments • Preventive counseling on labor and union law matters • Legal support for collective bargaining processes • Advising clients on labor risk mitigation and compliance • Conducting labor audits and due diligence • Direct client interface and participation in strategic meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed) • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Strong organizational skills and deadline management • Business acumen • Ability to work collaboratively in a team • Consultative approach with a solution focus • Prior experience in labor advisory is desirable • Knowledge of ADVWIN+ considered a differential • Must reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
