📋 Description

• Drafting pleadings and procedural documents for all stages of judicial proceedings, including administrative phases • Conducting hearings • Responding to legal inquiries • Client contact to build and maintain long-term relationships • Updating and maintaining the internal case management system

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration • Experience in labor/employment law • Courses and/or postgraduate specialization in labor law are a plus • Experience with ADVWIN+ is a plus • Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte
