• Basic project coordination and collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional service. • Resolve customer requests initiated through various support channels, including telephone and online project requests. • Keep customers informed of progress and manage exceptions effectively. • Provide first-line support to French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. • Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting. • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress. • Generate reports on client issues and project status to inform continuous improvement efforts. • Serve as the main point of contact between French-speaking clients and our internal teams.
• Graduate, or Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant area. • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines, demonstrating drive and commitment to delivery. • Knowledge of cloud deployment models and validation of post-deployment service operations. • Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. • Strong awareness of digital security practices and protocols. • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support. • Experience managing projects, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable using various software tools and technologies. Ability to quickly learn and understand new SaaS products and features.
