📋 Description

• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and M365 to support sales performance, forecasting, trade spend, and customer insights. • Utilize Circana and Nielsen data to find key insights - including weekly reporting and developing content. • Utilize customer specific data (Circana Gateways or Retailer specific data portals) to create reporting to support Sales. • Build and refine demand forecasts & inventory levels in partnership with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance; identify risks, opportunities, and variance drivers. • Support Sales by helping to build offline Customer Financial Planners (Excel). • Analyze customer and channel performance, including pricing, promotions, distribution, and profitability. • Manage large datasets from multiple internal and external sources; ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. • Support annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and revenue projections. • Partner with customer teams to prepare selling stories, category insights, and customer ready materials. • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve reporting efficiency and decision quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (or 5 years of equivalent experience), Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 3+ years in CPG, retail, or distributor analytics roles. • Power BI (Advanced): Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design, automated refresh pipelines. • Excel (Advanced): Complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, macros/VBA (preferred), scenario modeling. • Certification in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI is a plus. • Microsoft 365: Strong proficiency in Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaborative workflows. • Data Management: Experience with large datasets, ETL processes, and data quality controls. • SQL or similar query languages (preferred but not required). • Forecasting & Analytics: Understanding of CPG demand planning, POS analysis, syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen), and trade performance metrics. • Experience supporting Sales, Category, Finance, or Supply Chain teams. • Clear communicator who can translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
