📋 Description
• Together in a two-person team, you take responsibility for the site • You advise prospective customers on-site and by telephone — always attentive to their needs and concerns • Renting out storage units and the associated administrative tasks are part of your responsibilities • Support our tenants and assist with questions or concerns • General administrative duties, maintaining an organized overview • You work closely with our maintenance team and ensure our facilities are kept in excellent condition
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial training or experience in a service-oriented field (e.g., sales, hospitality, rental, service) • Service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of direct customer contact • Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused even in challenging situations • Team spirit, self-responsibility, and enjoyment in achieving things together
