📋 Description

• Knowledge of logistics industry specifically on air & ocean freight and customs domain • Skills in mapping data between different systems and ensuring seamless integration • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data exchange and system integration • Ensuring accuracy in data transmission and compliance with industry standards • Experience in defining and managing EDI test cases, system testing, and supporting UAT • Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions • Participate in solution ideation, design sprints and user interviews to gather information • Benchmark industry best-practices and existing solutions in the market • Assist the product owner in detailing features and user stories of the digital solutions • Translate end-user requirements into features and software functionalities • Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure user stories are ready for design and development • Report to the EDI Product Owner and collaborate with various stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years in a similar role • Fluent English mandatory • Knowledge of logistics industry specifically on air & ocean freight and customs domain • Skills in mapping data between different systems and ensuring seamless integration • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data exchange and system integration • Ensuring accuracy in data transmission and compliance with industry standards • Experience in defining and managing EDI test cases, system testing, and supporting UAT • Experience with EDI software tools such as IBM Sterling Integrator, TIBCO, WSO2 etc. • Excellent communication is fundamental • A focus on continuous improvement for both the team and personal development
