📋 Description

• Track the delivery process of assets from external vendors, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. • Coordinate schedules and task assignments across multiple art teams. • Facilitate clear, timely communication and feedback between internal artists and vendors. • Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflow efficiency. • Maintain tracking tools and documentation to ensure all teams have up-to-date information. • Collaborate with internal leads, producers, and technical teams to ensure smooth production pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in art production, project coordination, or production management in a game development environment. • Experience managing multiple asset pipelines and external vendors. • Strong organizational, scheduling, and documentation skills. • Familiarity with project tracking and management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
