📋 Description

• Provide technical support to end-to-end Lalamove mobile applications • Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teams • Troubleshoot technical issues collaborate with team members • Customize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflows • Handle issues involving sensitive data with highest level of integrity • Engage in ongoing compliance improvements and actively participate in privacy discussions • Engage in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, debugging

🎯 Requirements

• Legally permitted to work in Malaysia • 4+ years experience in software engineering or technical operations • Knowledge of Java / PHP / Node.js / GoLang • Knowledge of middlewares such as Redis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc • Experience with backend microservices and APIs • Experience in MySQL • Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks • Experience in operational support, especially during launch periods • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Chinese speaking capability is a plus
