Join a team where learning, collaboration, and growth are at the core of everything we do, and where solving big challenges is part of the fun. • We are currently looking for Platform Engineer who crafts the tools to accelerate development and delights our engineers and is capable of architecting our scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure. • Our team is made up of experienced software engineers, product designers and product strategists. Together we will build the digital backbone of a construction organisation. • Your top 3 objectives: Be the foundation that supports our app's rapid growth, Design and construct a high-rise platform for our suite of products, To develop yourself and everyone around you. • Your top 5 responsibilities: Own Platform: Support the development environment of our software engineers. • Build and develop your team: Lead, grow and develop our amazing platform team, ensuring we stay focused are producing work of exceptional quality and having a lot of fun along the way. • Keep us on the cutting edge: Stay up to date with the latest industry technologies and tools and techniques to ensure we are staying ahead of the rest of the industry. • Infra as code: Terraform all the things! • Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate. • You are a proven Platform Engineer who setting up observability tools and providing the developers with the necessary means for them to have faster feedback.
