📋 Description

• Act as the technical reference for the team, supporting developers in defining solutions, disseminating best practices, and making decisions related to application architecture and development. • Provide technical leadership for the team's deliveries, assisting with backlog refinement, identifying risks and dependencies, and proposing strategies to ensure quality and predictability of deliveries. • Promote the team's technical growth through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing, contributing to the continuous development of people, processes, and solutions. • Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using Node.js, ensuring solution quality, performance, and scalability. • Design, develop, and support APIs and integrations with internal systems and third-party services. • Implement new features, fix bugs, and work on the continuous improvement of existing systems. • Participate in requirements analysis and define technical solutions aligned with business needs. • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adoption of development best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Data, Architecture, DevOps, and Front-end to ensure business value delivery. • Contribute to the evolution of architecture, development patterns, and technical documentation across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. • Experience with backend development using Node.js. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript. • Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs. • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. • Experience with source control using Git. • Knowledge of software architecture, development best practices, and design patterns. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). • Ability to analyze and resolve medium to high complexity technical problems. • **Differentials** • Experience with TypeScript. • Knowledge of microservices architecture. • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools. • Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar). • Experience with automated testing and software quality practices. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and application performance. • Experience in e-commerce environments, digital products, or high-availability platforms.
