📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and evolve backend applications using Node.js, ensuring solution quality, performance, and scalability. • Design, develop and support APIs and integrations with internal systems and third-party services. • Implement new features, fix bugs and drive continuous improvement of existing systems. • Participate in requirements analysis and define technical solutions aligned with business needs. • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews and adoption of development best practices. • Model and integrate with relational and non-relational databases. • Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying improvement opportunities and mitigating technical risks. • Investigate and resolve incidents, providing technical support when necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Data, Architecture, DevOps and Front-end to ensure value-driven deliveries. • Contribute to the evolution of architecture, development patterns and technical documentation. • Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting planning, refinement and tracking of team deliveries. • Stay up to date on trends, tools and best practices related to the Node.js ecosystem and backend development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields. • Experience in backend development using Node.js. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript. • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Experience with source control using Git. • Knowledge of software architecture, development best practices and design patterns. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar). • Ability to analyze and solve medium to high complexity technical problems. • Experience with TypeScript. • Knowledge of microservices architecture. • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. • Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools. • Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar). • Experience with automated testing and software quality practices. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring and application performance. • Experience in e-commerce environments, digital products or high-availability platforms.
